Good Hotel in Prime location but a bit pricey

Exceptional hotel! Courteous, accommodating and friendly staff. They’re always ready to help. Room was spectacular. Lovely ambience. Breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pictures shown while booking did not match the room that I stayed in. The room in pictures was spacious and looked so exquisite but the room provided was very average and not exquisite neither spacious. Even bathroom was super tiny, it ends as soon as it begins. Shower in bathroom was broken and water was running through tap even when one is using shower. Its either super hot, burn the skin, kinda water or cold water. There was not medium hot option or way to get medium hot water.. Shower gel was so bad and had such horrible strong fragrance that my head hurt using it and it irritated my skin.... No comb, no shower cap, no toothbrush provided, no bathroom slippers where Available in room, which are basic emnities. Service and in- room dining was super slow. Very disappointed. I have stayed in other Bawa properties, and i frequently do but this was not at all what i expected.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff is friendly, they cater to their occupants as much as they can, and security looks out for their visitors staying on the premises. Restaurants are also very close to the hotel. Below is the few cons to here;Wifi will cut out occasionally but if you inform reception they will do their best to accommodate you.The window doesn't open in the economy room but honestly its not a big deal. Just go to the lobby or the stairwell if you need a view.And finally; I saw someone state bugs being an issue on a review. Truthfully; I've been in hotels before riddled with bugs and this hotel does their best to rid of any insects on the premises.All in all; I'd stay here again. 5*/5*-\M/
