I had booked 3 rooms as we needed privacy. The hotel instead gave us 1 single room and 1 family room. The worst part was that when I complaines this to Agoda, through which I had booked the room, Agoda responded there is no issue now as they had given us a family room.Not sure if the issue is with Agoda or the hotel. Try avoiding both!
The booking was not reflecting at there end , so they gave two rooms instead of three , the servicing was bad
