Disappointing Homestay Experience

We stayed at Allapat Home Stay and sadly our experience was quite unsatisfactory. The owner, Raju Joseph, was rude and uncooperative right from the start. Essential amenities were lacking – no drinking water, no glasses, no handwash, and no blanket in the room. The room was not cleaned properly, making our stay unpleasant. Additionally, they charged extra for the AC without informing us beforehand. The owner also told us not to call after 10 PM, which we accepted, but when we needed assistance during our stay, he was unavailable and unhelpful. A homestay should be inviting and comfortable, but this place failed to offer even basic hospitality. I hope they work on improving their service and guest relations.
