Thomas sir helped us get the bike rentals and also arranged Alleppey back water tour which saved us a lot of time and effort. He always checks on the guests and makes effort to keep them comfortable. But I recommend this for solo travellers or friends as the home stay is not luxurious or comfortable for couples.
When I booked the room, it was not mentioned anywhere that it was a sharing room. After arriving, they asked for an extra 700 for a normal private room. This is very misleading and feels unfair to customers. Please be transparent about room types and charges at the time of booking. I had a disappointing experience.
