Group • India • Oct 2026The staff here are soo kind. The rooms are clean. The beds are sooo comfortable 😍 water, towel & bedsheets are provided. Hot water for bathing is there. Great value. 10 minute walk to restaurants, many uber available. I recommend this place for solo travellers and couples 😊

As a travel agent, I need to warn people about booking this hotel. They assured me they would reserve a single room for 5 people just to freshen up after arriving at Ernakulam junction, but now the reservation staff completely refuses that booking. I don't know what to do for my travelers. I have screenshots of the entire chat where they promised the agreed amount. I advise everyone to pick another hotel for their comfort. It's terrible how the staff can deny a confirmed reservation.
