ड्राइवर के लिए जो कमरा दिया गया था, उसकी स्थिति बहुत खराब थी। अंदर पाइप और अन्य सामान टूटे हुए थे, कुर्सी-टेबल भी खराब हालत में थे और पूरे कमरे की सफाई बहुत निराशाजनक थी। ऐसा लगा जैसे ड्राइवर के लिए रहने की जगह नहीं बल्कि स्टोर या कबाड़ रखने की जगह दी गई हो। ड्राइवर भी इंसान है और उसे भी साफ-सुथरी और सम्मानजनक जगह मिलनी चाहिए। होटल प्रबंधन से अनुरोध है कि ड्राइवर के कमरे की सफाई और सुविधाओं पर ध्यान दें। इस अनुभव से मैं बिल्कुल खुश नहीं हूँ।

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and felt unsafe. Several personal belongings, including money, disappeared from my room. When I reported this, I discovered that the CCTV cameras in important areas were either not functioning or had no recorded footage, which destroyed any feeling of security. The service was also very poor. I had to contact reception 10 to 15 times for basic needs like room cleaning, laundry pickup, and even small items such as a dental kit. Each time, responses were slow and required multiple reminders. The front desk staff, especially a receptionist named Mr. Aditya, was unhelpful and often rude, making even simple requests frustrating.

The best option

Hotel Amrit Manthan offers good amenities, and the staff are polite and professional( Mr Uday Singh was best staff). However, they are quite strict in following their policies and are not very flexible with customer requests, even when reasonable adjustments could improve the guest experience.The hotel is located about 4 km from the railway station, and getting a cab from the hotel can be difficult. I would strongly recommend arranging your own transportation rather than relying on the hotel for a cab. Unfortunately, I missed my train due to the delay in getting transport.Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay, but better flexibility in customer service and improved transport assistance would make the experience much better.
