Marriott Aravalli Faridabad is running on pure chaos. Hard to believe a brand like Marriott allows this level of mismanagement.If you’re on a business trip or traveling without kids—don’t even consider this place. Weekends feel less like a hotel and more like an overcrowded water park with zero crowd control. The entire property revolves around the pool, and it’s packed with 100 people at any given time because there’s literally nothing else to do.The staff is polite, but completely untrained—politeness doesn’t compensate for incompetence. Even a Tier 2 city Marriott operates better than this. Check-in during a long weekend was a mess; long queues, no preparation, no sense of urgency.Food is another disaster—burnt vada, terrible fish fingers. That tells you everything about the kitchen standards. The dining area feels like a chaotic langar, not a premium hospitality experience.Facilities are either shut, paid, or pointless. The so-called club is chargeable (ridiculous for a Marriott), the adventure area is closed, kids’ play area is only for toddlers, and the spa front desk has no clue what’s going on (though therapists are decent).The hotel is clearly overselling packages it cannot service—freebies, food, experiences—all collapsing under poor execution.Only saving grace: the staff tries to be polite. But that doesn’t fix a broken system.If someone asks for the highlight—just the pool. And that’s not enough. One night is more than enough here, if at all.

Worst hotel service like I ordered food at night around 11:30 pm and received it at 2:00 am and that too after making many calls to room service and there staff is really rude Never going to book this property again

We checked in and were told that we'd be getting a rool with 2 single beds. As a couple, we never book that. Infact, while booking I double checked whether the room had single beds or double. My booking details also clearly reflected single large bed.We asked for our money back and then they allocated a room.Now, the second issue. We had booked a mountain view but got a pool view. We again objected to this that we had specifically booked a mountain view and they said from your room, both the views will be available. We had already wasted a lot of time and didn't want to debate further and took it. But that's not what you experience at a brand like Mariott.The location of the resort is terrible. I'd not advise female travellers or couples to travel after sunset. Not only does the route passes through villages, the roads are in a complete mess with huge potholes. To get an off beat location, Mariott disregarded everything else.The food was good and had a lot of options to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and hospitality was prompt.

We stayed at junior terrace. Bathtub is installed but the hot water is not available.
