Considering the locality, the hotel is quite good and offers a convenient stay. The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional, while the amenities are excellent. The food, however, is average and could be improved. The major concern is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Noise from the corridor can be quite disturbing, particularly during busy hours. Additionally, an unpleasant smell from the nearby sewerage area is noticeable at times, which affects the overall experience.Overall, the hotel has good facilities and service, but better soundproofing and improved hygiene/odour management would significantly enhance the guest experience.
I have given my preferences of attached rooms & separate beds for individual person in each room.They have said they are not having this facility & asking me to pay extra if I would be requiring extra bed. Which was absolutely nonsense. I try to convince them that we are not increasing number of persons in each room & will be sticking only to 2 in each room but we would be requiring separate beds for each to sleep because of multiple reasons. Age issue, gender issue etc. They were not listening at all as if they are into this inductry for the first time.My suggestion to remove them from your portal as it may spoil your brand value as well.
