Arnnas Resort in Diveagar

Simply put, the property requires upkeep and a staff that takes their job seriously. The rooms were plainly dirty and not cleaned, with spider webs present. The rent charged (4500) was far too high for the quality of the property. When we brought up the issue to the staff, they responded casually and even said we should have mentioned it sooner. In summary, avoid this place if you can.

Just a one-minute walk to the beach. Service was fantastic. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless.

I stayed here with friends on our Diveagar trip and had an amazing time. The resort is located near the beach, provides delicious meals, and has excellent hospitality. A big thank you to Anshuman Jha for his kindness and assistance. Definitely a great choice for a peaceful trip with friends.

Returned to Arnnas Hotel for a second visit and happy to report this stay was much improved compared to the first. They have clearly addressed previous issues. The location remains excellent, just a short walk to Diveagar beach, ideal for families wanting easy beach access. The room was spacious and clean again, with the AC working well. This time, the pillows were comfortable, indicating an upgrade, which really helped with sleep. The swimming pool showed significant improvement—well-maintained and clean, without bachelor groups taking over. We could enjoy it with family in the evenings, with a lifeguard present and rules enforced. Water quality seemed good. Food quality and taste were much better than before, though the menu is still limited. The dining area was clean and service prompt; the local fish thali was fresh and worthwhile. Parking remained ample and convenient, with no trouble finding a spot even on weekends. Overall, the experience improved from a mixed 2.5-star to a solid 4.5-star stay. It's great to see management responding to feedback. Pool and food were previous concerns, now resolved. We will definitely return and recommend it for families.
