The stay was quite disappointing. The room was infested with red ants, the air conditioning turned off on its own frequently, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed linens were messy and not clean. The price charged did not justify the quality. I stayed at a different nearby hotel for about the same price and found it much better in cleanliness, room size, and service.

If you want an affordable room, this place is the best choice. The staff are very friendly.

Our experience with the owner of Oxyriya Holiday Resort was disappointing. We were told that two rooms were available and given a location, but when we arrived, it was actually a different place called Takke's Homes. We had agreed on ₹5,000 for the two rooms, but later were asked to pay ₹6,000. Attempts to confirm the original deal were ignored. After nearly two hours of confusion, we chose not to rent the rooms. Clearer communication and honest pricing could have prevented this.
