Staff is arrogant. Kettle received is having rusted. How they put rusted kettle in room considering customer health hygieneBreakfast is not included in price for Agoda booking customers.Reminded lot of times for replacement of rusted tea kettle.No lift, so difficult to climb till 3rd floor if you have more visit for beach or outside for food.Warned by staff to us (customer)for extra charges if there is late check out post 10.30 a.m.There no value for money as it's too costly compare to amenities. No any other amenities there.
