Lovely setting and great service. The owner used his own car to take us around to various spots. They have a pet called Jack who led us to a nearby lake. An ideal companion for pet lovers and children.

Our stay at this property was deeply disappointing and did not meet the advertised standards. The swimming pool was dirty and poorly kept when we arrived. When we asked staff to clean it, they refused, saying it would just get dirty again. Later, we learned that guests are not allowed to use the pool during the monsoon season for about three to four months. Advertising the pool as an amenity when it is unavailable for such a long time is misleading and deceptive. Furthermore, our stay was affected by long power outages almost the entire time, no Wi-Fi in the room, and a TV that did not work. These basic amenities were not provided reliably. Food pricing was also unclear, with different prices quoted each time we asked, making us feel misled. Overall, the property did not deliver the services and amenities it promised, with poor maintenance, misleading information, bad customer service, and unclear pricing leading to a very unsatisfactory experience. I recommend potential guests be cautious before booking here.

Our experience at this property was profoundly disappointing and fell far below the standards that were advertised.The most unacceptable issue was the condition of the swimming pool. The pool was visibly unclean and poorly maintained upon our arrival. When we requested the staff to have it cleaned, they outright refused, stating that there was no point because it would "get dirty again." Upon further polite inquiry, we were informed that guests are not permitted to use the pool during the monsoon season for approximately three to four months. If the pool remains inaccessible for such an extended period, advertising it as an available amenity is nothing short of false and misleading. This constitutes deceptive advertising, as the facility is neither maintained nor made available to guests despite being prominently listed.Additionally, the overall stay was plagued by several operational failures. There were prolonged power outages for almost the entirety of our stay, severely impacting our comfort. The Wi-Fi was unavailable inside the room, and the television remained non-functional throughout our visit. These are fundamental amenities that any accommodation should reliably provide.Another highly concerning aspect was the complete lack of transparency in food pricing. Every time we inquired about the cost of lunch or dinner, we were quoted different prices. The inconsistency gave the impression that the rates were being arbitrarily altered, leaving us feeling misled and uncertain about the actual charges.Overall, the property failed to deliver the basic services and amenities it advertised. The poor maintenance, misleading information, inadequate customer service, and lack of pricing transparency made for an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I would strongly advise prospective guests to exercise caution before booking this property.
