All other things were okay, but there is one major security issue in the room.There was no internal safety lock available inside the room. During our last stay with family, the hotel staff opened the room using a master key without even ringing the bell properly.In all 3,4,5-star hotels, an additional internal safety lock/manual latch is normally provided from inside the room for guest privacy and security. However, this room only had a digital lock, and the staff could access the room easily with a master key.This is a serious privacy and safety concern for guests staying with family. Kindly look into this matter seriously and improve the room security system

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Food was also good in taste.. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.Specially supervisor ( Ankit Anand)leads a truly fantastic team. It is clear they foster a positive and attentive work environment which reflects perfectly in the outstanding customer service we received..I want to personally commend ..Supervisor name Ankit Anand. When we had a minor issue with our booking, they stepped in immediately and handled it with incredible professionalism and grace."You can tell the management cares about their guests. The supervisors were always visible, checking in on guests, and ensuring everything ran flawlessly during ourstay."

I recently stayed at Asar Varanasi Junction by Orion Hotels near the Flower Market (Fool Mandi), and my experience was quite disappointing.The biggest issue was the lack of cooperation from the staff. Housekeeping is extremely poor’they don’t visit your room unless you repeatedly call or even scold them. Even during a multi-day stay, they don’t proactively clean the room, restock water bottles, or refill basic amenities like shampoo. Despite requesting room service multiple times, the response was negligent and slow, as if they are trying to cut costs at every step.Another major concern is the room size. The rooms are much smaller than what is shown in the pictures. I stayed across different floors (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), and all room categories’whether standard or deluxe’are almost the same in size. The rooms feel very congested, and it’s difficult to even move comfortably between the bed and the bathroom.In my opinion, this hotel only makes sense if you are paying around ’700’’800 per night. If you are paying ’2500’’3000 or more, it is absolutely not worth it. There are far better options available in this price range.I would not recommend staying here, especially at higher prices’you’re likely to regret it.
