We booked two deluxe rooms. The second room provided was smaller and much inferior with respect to size promised and photographs on this platform.The room service was poor and no cleaning done inspite of request. The complementary water bottles had to be asked for twice. The guests already staying for second day and already paid in advance do not get attention. The male staff at reception was very rude and arrogant. Not happy with overall experience. Small request for late check out was not accommodated. They are not flexible at all for guests small request.
Hotel is good but the price is too high according to the facilities and location. I would give 3.5 stars for the hotel amenities.
Tridev is a good hotel with excellent location in Varanasi. Due to most of the temples in close proximity we were able to visit most of them within a short span of time. Hotel is good and has delicious food.
