This place is terrible. The staff’s behavior is very rude. I had booked a room for 1 day, but even till 11 PM they were not ready to give me the room. They kept saying the rooms were booked, even though more than 5 rooms were empty. I had already paid the money, but they were not even ready to return it. They kept saying it’s not their fault, the payment goes to Stayflexi, and that I should talk to them. Their behavior was very rude, and our experience was very bad.The receptionist did not give me a room until 11 PM, even though their staff was saying continuously the rooms were empty and clean. In the end, their manager offered that I could stay in his room, but they were still not ready to give me another room.

Hotel is located in a busy area. Staff is very courteous but professionally except for the front desk, others can improve with guidance. They are willing to serve guests with smile.Rooms are small. Facilities are ok.

This hotel is located at a convenient distance of around 2 km from jabalpur railway station making it easily accessible for the travellers. When you first see it from outside, it may not look very appealing but once you step inside, the ambience was quite pleasant and welcoming.The rooms may be better at that price range. There is a restro inside it but I just ordered tea and paratha. Tea was ok and same with the paratha. So can't make review about restro as I had not ordered from there. The biggest drawback I faced with the services. As in my room the TV was not functioning and on complaining about it the service staff attempted to fix it but with no results. Similarly the bathroom was not up to the mark, sometimes only hot water from the tap and sometimes no water which added to the inconvenience.Overall, while the hotel scores well in terms of location and ambience, the quality of rooms and service need significant improvement for a more satisfactory stay.
