Room was not ready and clean on time.. smoke smell was there in room, during night, rat came and destroyed lot of our food items and clothes by eating them.. not recommended due to Rat Issue.. bathroom size was also very small.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS KINDA TERRIBLE BECAUSE THE DOORMAT OF WASHROOM WAS COMPLETELY WET FROM JOINTS THE WATER WAS LEAKING AND AS ABOUT HYGIENE IT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT THE BEDSHEET WAS NOT CLEANED. I REQUEST THE HOTEL MANAGER TO IMPROVE THAT WHAT WE FACED NOT OTHER SHOULD. I CHECKOUT ON 28 BEFORE 11AM BECAUSE I CAN'T STAY ONE NIGHT MORE.
