My experience was terrible, the food was just ok not so proper cooked. AC not working and The hotel lacks hygiene. Bathroom issue flush not working the room was good, but everything outside was terrible. The reception staff was terrible and they misbehaved with us. We paid in full upon check-in, but the check-out waited for an hour because the payment didn't show up as two female receptionists stated wrong, they asked us to pay again. So we pay again and they charged two nights payment only for one night stay. resulting in a double payment this delay cost us our treat we missed our train then we booked bus. It was a total loss. No one should go to this hotel. They didn't give the toiletries kit also. Very Bad Experience.

My stay was awful; the food was mediocre and not properly cooked. The AC was broken and the hotel was unhygienic. The bathroom flush didn't work. The room itself was fine, but everything else was bad. The reception staff behaved badly towards us. Although we paid in full at check-in, at check-out we had to wait an hour because the payment didn't appear in their system. Two female receptionists gave incorrect information and asked us to pay again. We ended up paying twice, being charged for two nights when we stayed only one. This delay caused us to miss our train, and we had to book a bus instead. It was a complete loss. No one should stay at this hotel. They also didn't provide a toiletries kit. Very bad experience.

The hotel is well located within the city, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. However the rooms have significant concerns regarding hygiene and cleanliness. I would particularly not recommend this hotel to people with dust or dirt-related allergies.The hotel’s maintenance, cleanliness and overall upkeep need to be improved to meet professional standards. The management can take inspiration from Shreemaya on RNT Marg Indore which sets a good example of how room cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep should be maintained specially dealing in age old properties.With better attention to hygiene and room maintenance, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.
