Disappointing experience ’ needs significant improvementThe hotel appears to be an old and poorly maintained property. The rooms were cramped, and the linen and bathroom cleanliness were below acceptable standards.The front-desk experience was also disappointing. When I called to make an enquiry, the lady at the reception did not seem professional and, rather surprisingly, disconnected the call while I was still speaking.The junior staff also appeared to be more interested in tips than in providing attentive and efficient service, which was quite unpleasant.The breakfast was another major disappointment. There were plenty of carbohydrate-heavy options, but very few protein-rich choices, making it difficult to have a balanced breakfast.Overall, the property needs considerable improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, staff professionalism, service standards, and food quality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jabalpur.
