A wonderful place for family gatherings and celebrations! We hosted my sister's wedding here, and the entire experience was truly memorable. The venue was beautifully arranged, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They were extremely cooperative, professional, and courteous throughout the event. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made everything run smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable celebration. Kudos to the entire team!

The only thing 5-star about this hotel is its confidence in calling itself one. Unfortunately, the actual experience barely deserved a star. The rooms are poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and lack of upkeep. The washrooms were well below average in terms of cleanliness and quality. Overall, the experience did not justify the rating or expectations associated with a 5-star establishment.

’’ BEWARE OF VIJAN MAHAL ’ BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE, COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT INSIDE ’’Our wedding at Vijan Mahal turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences we have ever faced. What looked like a premium luxury venue from the outside ended up exposing poor management, dishonest billing practices, and completely unprofessional service.Before the wedding, we had detailed discussions regarding the menu, food counters, guest count, and budget. We had VERY CLEARLY declined additional plate-based counters like Jini Dosa and noodles because we did not want unnecessary extra charges. Despite this, these items were still added from the hotel’s side and later included in the final bill without proper approval.This feels nothing less than cheating customers at a time when families are emotionally and mentally occupied with wedding responsibilities.The management conveniently adds things later and then presents inflated bills once the event is over. Transparency completely disappears once payments are involved.Even the decoration was nowhere close to the expectations created during discussions and presentations. The actual setup looked average, poorly managed in parts, and definitely not worth the amount charged. Many arrangements lacked finishing and coordination, making the overall experience feel far below the ’luxury wedding’ image they try to sell.The stay experience was equally bad.The 3rd floor rooms had a constant bad odour throughout the stay, making guests uncomfortable. The balconies were permanently locked/closed, making the rooms feel suffocating and poorly maintained. For a property marketed as premium, the room condition and maintenance standards were honestly embarrassing.What hurts the most is that weddings are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and instead of giving families peace of mind, this place leaves you stressed, overcharged, and regretful after the event.To anyone considering booking this venue:’ Get EVERY single thing documented in writing.’ Reconfirm all menu items and live counters multiple times.’ Monitor billing during the event itself.’ Personally inspect guest rooms beforehand, especially the 3rd floor.’ Do not blindly trust verbal promises.A fancy property and social media photos cannot hide poor hospitality, dishonest billing, and disappointing management.

I had an exceptional stay at Vijan Mahal, which truly reflects luxury and comfort at its finest.1. The property is beautifully designed with a grand and serene ambiance that instantly elevates the overall experience.2. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort.3. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay.4. One of the highlights was the in-house dining experience’the food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the quality was consistently excellent.Although the location was on the outer edge of the city, it was convenient for me as it was my first time there. but yeah, overall, Vijan Mahal offered me a premium hospitality experience and is undoubtedly the best choice in Jabalpur for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

1.Food very bad2. Quilt cover dirty has to replaced3. Towel , there was thick black line thus dirty4. Kettle was not found in Room and has to taken on request5.Last night there was wedding therby the whole corridors were dirty and one broken glass piece struck to my foot. Luckily my shoes were strong enough to bear it.6. Lobby sofa were not cleaned after wedding guest has left and found dirty .7. Very loud music in lobby washroom. I have never seen music I any washroom. Anyways even if it was there it should be soft.8.Room size is good.9.Hot water came after 7-8 minutes waiting in bathroom.10. TV remote did not work, has to plug out for shutting TV screen before sleep.
