Hotel The Galaxy

Place location is right near the railway station. Rooms are ok. Sheets not clean white. Amenities are just ok. Food at the restaurant was very good and that was the only plus point. Towels are not soft. Need to wait atleast half an hour to get the small room cool. Room a bit smelly, need to carry a room freshener.They actually charged Rs 300 extra per room for and early check-in in an almost empty hotel.

A corporate friendly hotel, friendly staff and amazing service. I am staying here from past 10 years. It is perfect for travellers who want stay near madan Mahal station. Wishing them success.

Booking this worst hotel due to location is the biggest mistake I have ever made..A sincere request to all please avoid booking this hotel.’Rooms are small and dirty’cockroaches are running near bed side.’After reaching around 10:45 I requested to please inform kitchen that i’ll have dinner and will let you now my order in sometime, on this i received a call in very minute to order immediately otherwise we are closing and will not give food.’When i said I’ll surely post review on google they asked me to go ahead as this is the regular thing done by the customer and the don’t care.’lifts were not working, had to drag may bag form second floor.Its a sincere request not to book this hotel and waste your money, time and energy.

The Receptionist was very arrogant. Did not co-operate and very rude. This hotel does not allow unmarried couples. Please do not attend, additionally the guys do not intend to please you with welcome. Basic Courtesy is below required bench mark.
