Dirty rooms, broken bathroom fixtures and poor service

My experience at the hotel was quite unsatisfactory. The service and the state of the room did not meet the standards I anticipated. The room was not well kept, and the bathroom was in very poor shape. The toilet seat was unclean, the flush was malfunctioning, and multiple bathroom fixtures were broken. Additionally, the bathroom lock was faulty, raising serious concerns about privacy and security. The TV in the room was also out of order. In general, almost nothing in the room worked properly, and the overall condition of the amenities was much worse than I expected from a hotel. I urge the management to address these problems seriously and enhance the upkeep, cleanliness, and service quality. From my experience, I am dissatisfied with my stay.

This hotel is among the worst I have stayed at. The rooms are tiny, the beds were dirty, and nearly everything in the bathroom was broken. The toilet flush was faulty, water supply was inadequate, and the room lacked a mirror. The air conditioning did not work in this heat. There was no housekeeping service or toiletries available. The hotel is situated in a busy market area but the building is old and badly kept. I highly advise against staying here and suggest finding a better alternative.
