Hotel Gulzar Towers

My experience was great I had gone for the wedding all the arrangements and decorations are fantastic’?. Food was also great. We had a lot of fun with family and friends.

Overall, it’s a good hotel with clean and fairly spacious rooms, and the staff are polite, friendly, and welcoming. The highlight without doubt is the food ’ probably the best part of staying here.That said, many of the amenities clearly need upgrading. The ACs, fans, mattresses, and much of the furniture are quite old. In my room, the fan wouldn’t work at low speed and was noisy on high speed; the AC was even noisier than the fan. While the towel, chair, and mattress were clean, they were still stained and felt worn out. The location is central and convenient, but being right on a busy road makes it less appealing for those looking for peace and quiet.Given these drawbacks, the tariff of ’3800 + GST doesn’t feel justified. With just a little more, one can easily get a 5-star room in this city. In my view, a fair price for this property would be in the range of ’2200’2500.

It is not advisable to stay here. The food and beverage arrangements are very poor, and the rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained. Surprisingly, even the GST tax invoice is not issued correctly. The staff members also seem inadequately trained; they struggle to operate a computer and record details properly. Overall, the service quality is highly disappointing.

The Management was very understanding in taking care of my requirements when I checked into this hotel during my Hyderabad to Singapore motorcycle ride. They wend out of the way to help me!

Hotel Gulzar Towers - Nice hospitality, worth a stayGulzar provides a reasonably cosy accommodation in congested, high traffic artery. Not exactly a tower, but still pretty well managed.We booked for outstation visitors; previewed a bunch of Super Deluxe rooms and Suites. The housekeeping is very good, at a competitive price point.They've either done selective renovations (renovated room but not bathroom or vice versa) or tidied the impact of poor guest etiquette (hotel guests increasingly have the money but not the manners).Well, our visiting family was very pleased with the service. The ladies especially mentioned exquisite problem solving skills of Biplav, on night desk - stretching into mid-morning.Breakfast service was prompt and worth availing.Staff very courteous and well spoken. Lobby decor appealing. In-property parking space for 15-18 cars and security arrangements at gate.Overall, a centrally located stopover in bustling part of Jabalpur.This stretch of road has medians; West-bound access requires U turn. Potential navigating hazard for weary travelersNote: This hotel does not have a website, and partnering travel sites unjustly keep recommending other properties.
