Bloom Boutique I Signature Towers

In the google pics hotel looks so aesthetic but actually the rooms are not good at all. I had stayed in other bloom boutiques which were quite well but this one was not up to the mark. also the neighborhood was so bad, I wont choose this bloom again.

We are a family of three (myself, my spouse, and our six-year-old child). We stayed at this hotel from 12/07/26 to 24/07/26. We chose a superior room with a meal upgrade that included complimentary breakfast. This was our first time staying at one hotel for such an extended period. Initially, I was doubtful, but the senior front desk manager assured me over the phone that our stay would be comfortable before we arrived. Positives: - The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, making it easy for cabs and autos to reach. - The staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel, were polite. Both the day and night managers were attentive and courteous. The restaurant staff were friendly. - The room was roomy, the bathroom was clean with hot water available 24/7. The AC worked well, the TV was functional, and mosquito repellent was provided. - There is a drinking water dispenser outside the room that is regularly refilled, ensuring ample drinking water throughout the stay. Areas for improvement: - Although there are designated smoking areas, some guests smoke in the corridors outside rooms, creating an uncomfortable environment for non-smokers and making the corridor seating unusable for them. I reported this to the front desk multiple times, but initially, it was not taken seriously. Some staff members also smoked in these corridors, which seemed to encourage guests to do the same despite clear no-smoking signs. Aside from this, there were no major issues. The breakfast quality was lacking at first but improved significantly later. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Bloom Boutique Signature Towers Gurgaon. Except for one or two minor issues, it was almost perfect. I send my best wishes to their team.

The rooms did not meet my expectations, but the services were good.

As usual, Bloom is comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. However, in this particular Bloom, there is no tile in the washroom; instead, it has stones that react with water salt and cause white stains. It looks unattractive visually—I hope they can address this issue. Otherwise, overall it's good, and the breakfast is also nice.
