I have booked room with breakfast but they said that breakfast timings start from 8:30am but we have leave at 8am . Staff said if you want breakfast before 8:30 am you have pay for that.If not fair as I have already paid during room booking then why they are asking again.Its my opinion to provide breakfast at 6Am onwards.
’My stay at Amara Hill Station Hotel, Mussoorie was truly memorable. The location offers breathtaking views of the hills, making it a perfect retreat. The food was delicious with a variety of options, and the ambience felt warm and welcoming. The amenities were well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and delightful experience that I would happily recommend to others.’

The fan was not working properly, the balcony chain was broken, and the staff was rude and uncooperative. Even after reporting the issues, they refused to change the rooms and told us to either stay or leave without any compensation or refund. Not recommended.

we stayed for 3 nights and 3 days, it was a really wonderfull experience. the staff was very kind and helpful, the owner mr. umesh aggarwal really cared about customer satisfaction and made sure all things were well personally. if visiting mussoorie do consider calux amara hill queen. its well centred in mussoorie and all the tourist places are nearby at a walkable distance.it was a really nice experience to stay here.~Pushpendra rana & family (Roorkee)

The look over balcony is good but overall experience is no lt that good ..rooms are not well maintained neither clean..hospitality is not good at all.For the price they charge it's not worth. Food is pathetic
