Owner is really nice, they help me with my problem. But staff is very bad, they don’t give anything and just make excuses. I had a really bad experience. I paid money, so I expect some respect, but the staff acts like they own the place. The male receptionist has a very bad attitude. They don’t provide water bottles even after I called many times, they say if I want it, I should go get it from the ground floor. What kind of behavior is that? Don’t they know hospitality? Unprofessional staff with bad attitude. Owner, please take some action, otherwise your hotel’s reputation will suffer. Teach them how to behave with customers. This rude and unprofessional management deserves a ‘Zero Star’ rating and should have their license revoked for running such an unhygienic hotel.
