There is nothing good to say about this place. All reviews that say this property is good is absolutely fake.We checked into the booked superior room, but the windows cannot be closed, it was a safety issue which the hotel declined as if its something they have not noticed. I agreed to upgrade the room to a " Mini suite" at extra charges. The pics I've put are of the mini suite, thats the color of my feet from the dust in the room, and again hotel team declined it, please check the color of the stained and old towels they gave me first at the " Mini suite" , I had to fight to get atleast this non stained towel. The wifi was miserably slow, it is because they have only one router for the whole hotel and if you have Airtel or VI you cannot even make a phone call in this property. The shower wasnt working and there is no running hot water. The resturant looks bleak, I didnt have the courage to eat from there.The final nail in the coffin was when I found that internet had malicious virus in it, my company cyber security software detected this. I paid for 3 nights, but I dont care about money if I have to weigh with my family safety. So I decided to vacate this nonsense place next day. There are bad rooms, bad service but this place is a complete danger. Please Avoid especially if you're traveling with family or as a couple

The staff were not supportive, and the bathroom door was broken. The overall condition of the hotel felt more like a 2,000 hotel rather than a 5,000 one.I would not recommend booking the Mini Suite room, as it did not match the expectations and felt misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
