Located opposite railway station, Central Beacon Hotel is the first 3-star government approved hotel in South Gujarat. With efficient staff and modern-day amenities, the hotel strives to meet accommodation requirements of both business travellers and holiday-makers. The hotel has 46 rooms that are divided into four categories, namely Standard, Deluxe, Executive and Classic. All the rooms are equipped with tea/coffee maker, television and hair dryer. Central Beacon Hotel is a centrally air-conditioned property, known to offer car parking, doctor-on-call, laundry service and various other facilities to guests. Panchvati is the on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, serving Punjabi, Gujarati and Chinese cuisine. The hotel also comprises a large hallPrasang, which is ideal for organising family functions for up to 150 guests. Status is another hall at the hotel, suitable for conferences, meetings and training sessions.Among other facilities, there is a travel desk for booking air and rail tickets. ’ 1/5My stay at Central Beacon Hotel Surat was extremely disappointing.I originally requested an Executive Room because we were three guests, but I was told it was fully booked and was given a very small Deluxe Room instead, with a promise of an upgrade the next day.The biggest issue was that the room appeared to have bed bugs. I was bitten throughout the night and could barely sleep. Paying ’5,250 for a room and then being unable to sleep because of bed bugs is completely unacceptable.The bathroom was very small and had an unpleasant smell. The overall maintenance of the hotel was poor, including the elevators, which looked old and poorly maintained.To make matters worse, I later discovered that the same room was being offered online for around ’2,500 while I was charged ’5,250. The difference was shocking and felt like daylight robbery.I had originally planned to stay for several days, but after this experience, I decided to check out the very next day.The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance standards, and pricing transparency.I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

I had a stay of 2 nights. Room was spacious and clean with all basic amenities. Location is in near access to central bus station and railway station. Food may disappoint you with regards to what you order.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not cooperative and did not respond properly to our concerns. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Housekeeping was consistent and everything was properly arranged.Service was prompt and staff behavior was professional and cooperative. Any request was handled without unnecessary delay.Location is convenient, especially for railway station access and city travel. Easy connectivity to main areas.Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money. Suitable for both business and short trips.
