Central Beacon Hotel,Surat

I had a stay of 2 nights. Room was spacious and clean with all basic amenities. Location is in near access to central bus station and railway station. Food may disappoint you with regards to what you order.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not cooperative and did not respond properly to our concerns. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here recently and had a good overall experience. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent and everything was properly arranged.Service was prompt and staff behavior was professional and cooperative. Any request was handled without unnecessary delay.Location is convenient, especially for railway station access and city travel. Easy connectivity to main areas.Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money. Suitable for both business and short trips.

Room cleaning was not done properly, and the food quality was very poor with very limited options. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I am highly dissatisfied with my stay.

I was staying in the room number 311. The condition of the room was not at all good. The furnitures were broken which includes the table and the wardrobe.Also the rooms were very small.The quality of food was not so good.The chef didn't know the difference between onion masala dosa and normal masala dosa.
