Meridian Hotel and Banquet

Though it was confirmed booking, due non availability of rooms we have to wait for long and staff denied accommodation. After pursuing they asked us to go another property Grand excel . No WiFi , no tv connection , AC was not cooling bad experience

Very bad experience. The TV not working, Washrooms are not working since 2 days. Even after saying to change rooms multiple times. The staff always avioded to change the rooms. I am avoiding coming again. I always visited here, adjusted somehow every time. But this time it was enough. I think they don't value to the single customer as they get enough revenue from other banquet customers.

Room is not good. Not value for money. Just like guest house. Nothing to appreciate. To much expensive compare to it's size of room and facilities. Bed quality of breakfast. Very limited option. Even very common items like bread butter, jam, corn flakes, sugar free etc. are not available. You will get same type of rooms at a cost of 600 rupees.

The stay was very nice.Manger was polite. Rooms are little bit small but This hotel is at a centre of the vesu area and safe to stay here with family..Car parking was available..Multiple restaurants options nearby this hotel. Thank you.

We could hear voices from other rooms, and the room felt smaller than expected compared to the photos. There were no direct windows, opening the window only faced building’s glass, and with no exhaust in the room, it felt a bit suffocating during the first few hours. Other than that, the stay was good overall. It would be helpful if the hotel provided 1’liter water bottles instead of half’liter ones. We were four people and received only four 500 ml bottles, so we had to call reception multiple times just to get more water.
