’ 1-Star Review ’ Extremely Disappointing Stay, deserve big zeroSuch a bad experience staying here. In peak winter, there was no hot water at all.The room switches were broken, the room was extremely tiny, and overall maintenance was pathetic.I was allotted Room 402 where Wi-Fi was not available. When complained, the staff suggested using the Wi-Fi of the next room, which was extremely slow and unusable.The reception and staff were least bothered about guest comfort. Complaints were met with indifference and no real solution.They charged ’9,500 for 2 nights (Monday & Tuesday) ’ not even a weekend or peak holiday ’ and the service did not justify even half the price.This hotel offers poor facilities, poor service, and zero value for money.Extremely disappointed.Would strongly advise others NOT to book this hotel. Honestly, staying in the car would be better than staying here.

We were informed that breakfast would start at 7:00 AM, but in the morning we were told it would begin at 7:30 AM. This caused inconvenience as we had to catch a ferry at 8:00 AM, which the hotel staff was already aware of.The breakfast charges were also not deducted despite the delay being from their side.
