Worst Hotel Experience EverThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I checked into Hotel Casa Riva around 8:30 PM and left by 11:30 PM because the stay was simply unbearable.The biggest issue was that the air conditioners were not working. I was shifted between three different rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors, but every room had the same problem’the AC was not cooling at all. To make matters worse, there was no fan in any of the rooms.During my stay, I also got stuck inside the lift for nearly 20 minutes, which was a frightening experience. There was very little staff available’only one person at reception and a security guard. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or support from the hotel management.Other major issues:No dinner or food facility available.No cab assistance from the hotel.Ola and Uber services were difficult or impossible to get from the location.The property felt completely deserted, with hardly any guests around.The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unsettling.Despite staying only a few hours, I lost two days' booking charges and am still struggling to get my refund through Agoda.I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property. The lack of basic amenities, maintenance, customer service, and guest safety made this a truly disappointing experience.

In peak winter, there was no hot water at all.The room switches were broken, the room was extremely tiny, and overall maintenance was pathetic.I was allotted Room 402 where Wi-Fi was not available. When complained, the staff suggested using the Wi-Fi of the next room, which was extremely slow and unusable.The reception and staff were least bothered about guest comfort. Complaints were met with indifference and no real solution.They charged ’9,500 for 2 nights (Monday & Tuesday) ’ not even a weekend or peak holiday ’ and the service did not justify even half the price.This hotel offers poor facilities, poor service, and zero value for money.Extremely disappointed.Would strongly advise others NOT to book this hotel. Honestly, staying in the car would be better than staying here.

The rooms are good and suitable for families. However, we faced an issue with the breakfast timings. We were informed that breakfast would start at 7:00 AM, but in the morning we were told it would begin at 7:30 AM. This caused inconvenience as we had to catch a ferry at 8:00 AM, which the hotel staff was already aware of.The breakfast charges were also not deducted despite the delay being from their side.

I would not recommend this place. The absence of basic amenities significantly affected the overall experience.

The resort had a wonderful and hygienic atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxation and photos. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was delicious, and the 24/7 service made our stay smooth. A peaceful, pet-friendly getaway!
