Absolute Grand service just as in the name. What most hotels miss out on , the tiny details like welcome water bottles, Tea coffee, warm greeting and friendly service by the staff. Everything was on point. From cleanliness to room services everything was top notch. Furthermore one of the owners and manager they went out of their way to give us one of their room for refreshing ourselves after checkout because we had a late flight to catch.Kudos to the team and management.Will definitely recommend and visit again if I’m back again in this city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel truly welcome. They even arranged a few things by going out of their way!’The highlight of the check-in was being complimentarily upgraded to a beautiful Club room! It was spacious, spotless, and such a thoughtful gesture that made my trip feel extra special.’I also have to mention the breakfast’it was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and high-quality. It's a very good hotel, located near the railway station. All the staff are very nice. The room size, room cleanliness, and bathroom cleanliness were all very good. We also met the owner, he's a very good person. Considering the facilities, the price was very reasonable. It's a budget-friendly hotel, great for families and friends’

Had stayed here for two days...Location is very center to the heart of city, Surat.. Car parking available at Hotel only..Deluxe room is small, however fit to the single occupancy... Premium is room is sufficient for a family...Room service is available on the spot and very quickly..Only one reservation, Menu covers Non Veg however while confirming with reception they said restaurant is pure veg and non veg part they serve in room from outside vendors.However, they do serve egg. So pure veg people might feel uncomfortable.Rest everything is good here.
