I opted for a hotel stay but had a disappointing experience.Early check-in was not provided as a courtesy. I had to pay 500 extra for just 2 hours.Basic amenities were missing — no tea bags or sugar refilled in the daily tea kit.Essential toiletries like shower gel were not provided.The receptionist’s behavior was very unprofessional and unhelpful.Late check-out was not available at all.The hotel is located quite far from the railway station, making it inconvenient.Overall, the service did not justify the cost, and the experience was below expectations.
