Great property with luxe rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Location is prime.
I booked a Superior Room, but I was given a Standard Room instead, which was very disappointing. The room did not match my booking.The housekeeping service was very poor. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall maintenance and cleanliness were below expectations.Overall, my stay was not satisfactory due to the incorrect room allocation and poor housekeeping. I hope the management improves its service and ensures guests receive the room category they have booked.
