I booked this hotel through your website. After booking, I called the hotel for confirmation, but initially they refused and said no booking was available. After some time, they finally confirmed the reservation. At the time of check-in, the hotel staff again mentioned that my booking was not showing from their partner website. After checking and confirming with your company, they eventually provided me the room. The stay was manageable, but the entire booking and check-in process was stressful and confusing. Better coordination between the hotel and booking partner is needed to avoid inconvenience for guests.

’ Extremely Bad Experience ’ Hotel Owner Lied & Denied PromiseWe booked 4 rooms for one night. At the time of check-in, we clearly explained our situation to the hotel owner himself. We informed him that at check-out we would vacate 2 rooms, shift all our luggage to the remaining 2 rooms, and return about 2 hours later after our shooting.We clearly asked what extra charges would apply.The hotel owner personally promised that only a very nominal amount would be charged and told us not to worry at all.However, at the time of billing, the owner completely denied his own promise and the hotel charged us the FULL DAY TARIFF for those 2 rooms for just 2 extra hours. This is a clear case of false commitment and cheating.The most shocking part is that the owner flatly refused what he himself had promised earlier. This shows zero ethics, no honesty, and no accountability.Additionally, the hotel property is extremely poor and misleading. The pictures shown at the time of booking are the exact opposite of reality. My experience was not good at Hotel. Rooms are too short in size as per price. Dinner is not available at Hotel after 10pm. I have checked in at Hotel at 9:40pm but staff haven't informed the timing at that time. I have had to go outside to search food even I had tired in long journey.

Room is Good. Lack of ventilation.Service is ok.Best in location hardly 5min walk away from Surat railway station
