I was there for 5 nights, here's a few pros and cons:Pros:1. The place was clean overall, room service cleaned the room everyday and they gave a water bottle on demand. 2. The location is in a residential area and quite peaceful3. The staff was generally courteous and helpful when I had issues.Cons:1. The facility has no lift, I was on the room on the terrace (4th floor) and it was quite a climb after a busy day. 2. The room had no geyser.... I asked them for one only to hear they need to get permission from their head office. To be fair they promptly got a heater for me. 3. The breakfast menu was mid. They only kept poha/upma with a fried item (banana chips or sev) and good day biscuit with tea. The quality of the food wasn't top notch either. A little more variety and healthier items would've been better. To their credit, they did start the breakfast earlier for us as we headed out early morning.
Lift is not available, my luggages were crried by the staffs into my room. Old persons may be unfit to climb staircase. Otherwise everything is ok. Display of hotel name should be more unique to find out easily.

Severe case of "catfishing" – do not trust the online pictures

I booked this hotel based on the bright, modern, and clean photos shown online, but the reality was completely different. The property is outdated, poorly maintained, and looks nothing like the advertisements. It feels like a classic case of bait-and-switch. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of transparency and would not recommend staying here until they update both their property and their listing photos.
