Hotel Hinduja Empire

The hotel is like made up over a house run like a lodge by a family. Narrow staircase..not a single ventilation in the room. Kitchen closes at 3 noon and 9.30 evening they expect a final order. Breakfast was Poha which was quote old served with apple and a cup of tea or coffee. Water supplies in the room was non branded and they provide only 01 such bottle in a double occupancy room. No wardrobes or anything to put clothes or baggage. Washroom was very unhygienic. Also they don't place a dustbin in the room.

I had a very disappointing experience. When I reached out to this hotel to ask about a reservation, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Rather than responding to my questions politely, they spoke in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. First impressions are important, and good customer service is essential in hospitality. If this is how potential guests are treated before booking, I can only guess what the experience is like after check-in. I hope the management considers this feedback seriously and provides staff training to improve respectful and professional communication with customers.

This is the worst hotel in Surat. The description claimed they have a restaurant and good rooms, but in reality, they don't have either. Also, there's no lift to access those supposed good rooms. I booked through MakeMyTrip, and upon arrival, I found these problems and declined the stay. The receptionist promised to approve my refund, but after a month, the hotel isn't answering my calls, and MakeMyTrip isn't providing proper support. I've now filed a case against them in consumer court. If you want to take legal action against this hotel, feel free to book.
