Don't get impressed by the photos on this listing, reality is totally different. Room was too small, broken bed and bended mattress which was too hard. Bathroom was not maintained and was not clean. AC and fan were not working. Don't book this hotel.
Very Bad ExperienceI had a very disappointing experience at Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi IP Extension. The breakfast experience was especially poor—the buffet was repetitive and the same breakfast items were served again and again. The service was not fast enough, which was frustrating.Another major issue was housekeeping. Even after staying regularly, nobody seemed to properly check or ask whether the room or washroom needed cleaning. The overall service felt inattentive and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this category.The location was also not convenient for my needs. Overall, I expected much better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay was a very bad experience and I would think twice before staying here again.
