Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel's convenient location near the Surat Railway Station and bus station, making travel very easy. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surat and looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service

We were looking for a good hotel and were finding it difficult to find one due to so many inconsistent reviews about the hotels. By fluke we found this hotel on internet with good reviews and we tried our luck. We contacted Mr. Abhay Singh who promptly handled all our queries without getting irritated. We also asked him to share actual photos of the room instead of sharing Internet photos. He immediately shared the photos and we were confirmed that the photos are legitimate.Upon reaching to Surat, the hotel staff Abhay guided us the way from station to the hotel. The location is perfect ’ just a short walk from Surat Railway Station, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers.All the staff were very friendly and greeted us nicely. Room was spic & span & well-maintained, and mainly bathroom was very neat & tidy. Also the beds and bedsheets and pillows were clean and we felt like we were in our home. We ordered for tea & coffee which came on time. All the things requested were served immediately and without any complaints. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was neat and hygienic throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were available.Breakfast was on time and we enjoyed breakfast a lot. It was a buffet with lots for varieties. Approximately 20 to 25 varieties were there in the breakfast. Some of the items were served upon request like Bread Butter, Cheese Bread, Bread Omlet etc. All other items were also delicious and hotWhat truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it offers great value for money with excellent service and a prime location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Surat!

Great stay and delicious breakfast! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and fresh options. Special thanks to Vishal for the smooth and efficient check-in experience’his professionalism and friendliness made a great first impression.

Great experience. Very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Had been to surat with daughter for wedding shopping. Felt very safe. Our train was delayed by a few hours. The manager Very sweetly offered us a room to freshen up and rest,at no extra cost.The proximity to station another big bonus.
