The place is clean and tidy with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I was in Surat for work and stayed here based on a friend's suggestion, which turned out to be excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Surat.

We had reserved an executive suite through booking.com and confirmed it again via message and a call to the manager, informing them of our late check-in. They assured us there would be no issues. However, when we arrived around 9 PM, we were told the room was still being cleaned as it had been given to someone else. We were very upset since we were exhausted and did not want to wait. When we spoke to the owner, he was very rude and said, 'This is my hotel and I won't give you a room.' We were shocked and unsure where to go so late at night. In the end, we booked another hotel and stayed there. The owner is untrustworthy and very arrogant. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
