My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We reserved our room at the agreed price and paid a deposit to confirm. Later, when the hotel seemed to want to charge more, they canceled our reservation instead of honoring the original agreement. To make things worse, they did not refund us fully, keeping 40% of our deposit even though they canceled the booking. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. The customer service was poor, the booking process dishonest, and they refused to give a full refund, leaving us very unhappy. I would caution anyone thinking about this hotel to be careful before paying a deposit. From our experience, I cannot recommend staying here as it was frustrating, stressful, and very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and made no fair effort to fix the problem, leaving us without a place to stay.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 AM and were clearly told at reception about their 24-hour check-in/check-out policy. We were explicitly informed that we needed to leave the room by 5:30 AM on checkout day to avoid extra fees, and we agreed to this. The night before checkout, the hotel called to ask if we were extending our stay, and we confirmed we would check out at 5:30 AM due to a train schedule, which the staff member acknowledged. However, when we arrived at reception at 5:30 AM to check out, the night receptionist unexpectedly demanded extra payment. When we mentioned the prior phone conversation, he rudely replied that he didn’t know who we spoke to and that we should have told him directly. As guests, it’s unreasonable to know which staff member to notify personally; we informed the hotel as they contacted us. If internal communication failed, that is a management problem, not ours. We followed all instructions precisely. Instead of accepting responsibility, the receptionist argued and acted very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, spoiling an otherwise good stay. The poor coordination, lack of accountability, and disrespectful service make me strongly advise against this hotel for a hassle-free visit.
