Couple • India • Apr 2026Worst hotel. Basic facilities, like AC , Fan, TV not working, untidy bed. Overall bad experience.
I arrived at the place, needed a help with my luggage, called them they said staff will come out to help me but it’s been 20minutes and nonone came, I had to call them again and it seemed like they forgot abt me. the entrance was dark, when Inreached their hotel floor, lots of trash was just scattered on the hallway and no one was cleaning it. the room was spacious cause I booked the presidential suite. it would have been a nice and cozy room but there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases.. I dont even wanna know what it is. I just wish it was well maintained.. and the lift closes at night so you have to take plights of stairs if you wanna go out or come late. If you wanna extend, they would charge you 1k per hour if youre a tourist.
