Hotel King's Heritage

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help with even basic queries. Instead of being welcoming, they behaved as if guests were a burden.The check-in process was slow, the staff lacked basic courtesy, and any issue raised was met with attitude rather than assistance.For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere close to acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We satyed here just for one day but really not as I expected. I booked a suite for 1 night but there was no feeling that I am staying in a suite room. Don't know why but as soon as we checked in at 2 pm the room was not ready, they have tiles floor it was all wet and it was smelling like..... We staid out for almost 20 minutes door opened waiting to dry the floor. Hotel is good but don't book the site room. Go for normal rooms they might be good. Insted of this property I will say go for "Hotel Element" there another property just close to it.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The experience did not begin on a positive note, as we were not welcomed appropriately during check-in. The lack of warmth and basic hospitality was noticeable and set an unpleasant tone right from the start.We had booked an executive room, which, as per the description, was supposed to include a mini fridge. However, there was none in the room. Surprisingly, even basic amenities such as a floor mat outside the bathroom were missing. Upon entering the room, we noticed a foul odor, as though the room had been left unused or unattended for several days, raising concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards.Additionally, the couch and its pillows had a strange, unpleasant smell, almost as if the fabric was damp or not properly cleaned for a long time. This further added to the discomfort. The television provided was also quite small in proportion to the size of the room, which reduced the overall comfort of the stay.For a hotel offering executive rooms, these shortcomings are unacceptable. There is significant scope for improvement in hospitality, housekeeping, and attention to detail. With better staff training, improved maintenance, and stricter quality checks, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.At present, the stay did not meet expectations, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services in the future.
