Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre

Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre has genuinely become our home away from home in Surat.My family and I first stayed here from 31 August to 5 September 2025, and the experience was so good that when we returned to Surat this year, choosing where to stay was easy. We came back again from 3 August to 12 August 2026 — and somehow, the service was even better than we remembered.What deserves the biggest appreciation is the incredible care they took of our child, especially with food. During both stays, the team went out of their way to prepare custom-made meals specifically for our baby. During our recent stay alone, they provided more than 20 specially prepared meals, following our requirements carefully, and our baby absolutely loved them.What surprised us even more was that they did not charge us anything for these custom meals, despite me repeatedly insisting that they should. This was an extraordinarily kind gesture and something we will always remember.A very special thank you to Mukunda — my Bengali brother — and Amit bhai, who made sure everything happened perfectly every single time. Their warmth and personal attention went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel.I would also particularly like to appreciate Milan, Reena, Ashwin and Sneha from IRD, who did an amazing job throughout our stay. They were attentive, responsive and consistently made sure that we and our baby were well taken care of.Om at the Front Desk also deserves special recognition. He was excellent throughout our stay and paid attention to our needs very specifically and personally. Whenever we needed assistance, he made sure it was handled properly.The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom is equally well maintained. The location is also extremely convenient for getting around Surat.I also want to appreciate the security team. The security personnel are active, attentive and always ready to help, which adds another level of comfort when staying with family.We returned to Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre this year specifically because of the wonderful experience we had in 2025. After spending another nine nights here in 2026, I can confidently say that the quality of service has not only been maintained — it has improved.Great hotels can provide beautiful rooms and good facilities, but what makes you return is how the people make you feel. That is exactly where this hotel stands out.Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our family, and especially our little one.We will definitely be back whenever we are in Surat. Highly recommended, particularly for families travelling with young children. ❤️
