Cheating with guests. Asking for extra money when you pay online. They force you for extra money.
I was really impressed by this hotel. Full credit to Mr Bawa the owner - he's put together a top team. From the porter, Radhwan to Zaid and the young woman on the front desk I really felt looked after. The manager, Nazil was also a big help with arranging a car for a day trip and laundry. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, with water offered, a fan plus aircon and good strong water pressure. It is a very Hallal area so veg food can be a challenge. It's in easy walking distance to Surat Castle and a 250 rupee cost (for foreigners) on an auto to VR Mall.
