Rooms especially washroom was very very dirty and stinky. The buckets were slimy and dirty. There was a small reptile in the bathroom so I called the receptionist and he told me that the guy would come in 15-20 mins like this is the level of seriousness they have when we call them urgently for something. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone

We happily hired two rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. Poor quality of cleanliness in western toilets, tanky, no hygiene, we also found cockroaches, earthworms. No Hangers in cupboard. We requested for extra towels which we received thankfully. Facilities calender that was kept on table were not fulfilled, e.g kettle for hot water, mosquito raperel. Rooms advised to be presented well and should have put the AC on 10 mins before guest enter the room. Breakfast was less quality. Non veg food needs to improve. Specially Egg masala. In common Kindly use less onions in veggies so that it should taste sweet. In today's AI world, we believe in Digital verification of documents hence kindly keep the option of soft copies to produce in case senior citizens and children .
