The hotel and room condition is very bad with many safety concerns like an exposed electrical board in the bathroom, no towels or hand wash, and dirty bedsheets with hair. The room lock doesn't work, the TV remote is broken, the AC is poor, and the paint is peeling everywhere.

This has been the worst hotel experience I've encountered so far. From the moment I arrived, everything was unsatisfactory. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the TV was broken, and the room's overall state was much worse than what you'd expect from a decent hotel. The staff listens when you mention issues, but they don't provide any real solutions or alternatives, so problems remain unresolved. Breakfast was a big letdown — just puri bhaji, bread and butter, and a banana labeled as fruit. The puri and bhaji were overly oily, with about twice the necessary amount, making it unpleasant to eat. Hygiene was a serious concern as well, with broken chairs, pigeons wandering in the breakfast area, and small cockroaches present. Having pigeons and cockroaches near food service is unacceptable. In summary, the hotel had poor cleanliness, bad maintenance, limited food choices, unhygienic conditions, and ineffective problem handling. Nearly every basic expectation for a hotel stay was unmet. This stay was thoroughly disappointing and definitely one of my worst hotel experiences, so I do not recommend it.

Suitable hotel for a business trip

The hotel is very nice with excellent staff, including Kartik bhai.

The hotel is situated on the 3rd and 4th floors of a commercial building. The rooms are tidy. Deluxe rooms are small, while super deluxe rooms offer more space. Bathrooms are clean, and the bed linens are fresh. However, the service is poor. Some rooms lack TVs entirely, and there is no subscription to any DTH or cable service, so watching TV is not possible. Room service can take up to 1.5 hours despite reminders. Do not expect much service. Hand towels are not provided, and toiletries are limited to body wash, so bring your own if you stay here.
