Ginger Hotel in Surat

I vibe here for business purpose and used to stay since last three years For business people thus is very good Staff boys are good and restaurant boys namely Mr Kamal ,Mr Shreemanta and Mr Saurabh are very hard working and courteous

Perfect places for a stay. I stayed in ginger after a long time and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Checking was smooth and we were allowed an early check-in. Room was clean, we had a small fridge as well. Parking space available for cars. We had the breakfast included in our package and it was really good. Spread was good and fresh. We asked for cheese masala omlettee and sunny side up with cheese, it was made to perfection. The service was quick and they got us exactly what we needed. The paneer paratha and aaloo bonda was also tasty. Could not try all the items but they looked pretty fresh. Also lot of places nearby to chill and explore cafes and food.

The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area, making it an ideal choice for business travellers seeking a comfortable and quiet stay.The rooms, while on the smaller side, are cozy, functional, and comfortable enough for a short business trip. That said, a minor refresh or makeover of the interiors could further enhance the overall guest experience and give the rooms a more contemporary feel.One area that could benefit from improvement is the bedding. The mattresses were softer than expected, and slightly firmer mattresses would provide better support and contribute to a more restful night's sleep, particularly for business travellers after a long day.Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with a convenient location, a peaceful atmosphere, and all the essentials required for a short business visit. With a few upgrades to the rooms and bedding, it could offer an even better guest experience.

My experience here was quite disappointing ’?. The rooms were very cramped and showed clear signs of neglect, unlike other Ginger hotels I've visited. The service was unremarkable, offering no solace from the subpar accommodations. However, the location was convenient for my business trip ’?, but that was the only positive aspect. I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay ’?. A regrettable choice ’?.
