Hotel O Ripple Mall

I paid full amount on OYO app but hotel owner asked for more money at check-in. I had to pay an extra 300 rupees each day, and the room price of 1079 per day was not worth it. There was no TV too. The owner told me to complain to OYO. I stayed for 2 days and ended up paying 600 rupees extra. The amount I booked with OYO was 779 per day, but the hotel charged me 1079 per day. Please arrange to refund the 600 rupees soon because I stayed for 2 days.

Booking rates with OYO not work with Ripple mall hotel. I pay extra Rs 395.00. Amount booked with OYO is Rs 955.00 but hotel take Rs 1350.00. Paid Rs 500.00 for early check in at 7:00 am. Please refund Rs 395.00 soon.

I can't give less than 1 star... I would have given negative stars if possible. They didn't let me check in because I booked through Oyo, they said no Oyo bookings received and charged me double for the stay.

I am really let down by this hotel... they ask for more money than what it costs online... staff is very rude and not helpful... they charge double compared to other hotels, service was very poor, I dislike this hotel and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Not good stay, room was dirty and mouse sounds were there. Staff wanted extra money and oyo support not helping, they just talk with receptionist and say you are wrong and need to pay more.
