The Wi-Fi was good, but the parking was the worst experience due to narrow roads.

My stay at the hotel was good overall and I had a comfortable experience.However, I would like to share one suggestion for improvement. It would be very helpful if you could provide sealed packed drinking water bottles. Even though it may add a small cost (around 20), it would significantly improve the guest experience and create a better impression regarding hygiene and quality.Currently, the drinking water provided does not appear to be properly sealed, which feels less satisfactory from a guest’s perspective.Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope you consider this feedback for future improvements.

I would like to formally register a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and inconvenient experience I had during my recent stay.After making my booking, I called the hotel using the number listed on Google Maps. I informed the staff that I was driving from Ahmedabad to Surat and would be arriving late. I called three times, and on each call, I was assured that arriving late would not be an issue.However, when I reached the hotel at 10 p.m., I was told there was no booking under my name, despite showing them my confirmed reservation from Agoda. The staff took over 40 minutes to complete my check-in. When they finally gave me a room, it was in unacceptable condition — the room had a foul smell, visible seepage on the walls, and dirty bedsheets. This was completely different from the room category shown in the booking images.After I complained, they shifted me to another room. Even in the new room, there were no basic amenities provided — no towels, no soap, and no water. Only after repeatedly requesting did they supply these essentials.I informed the staff that I would settle the bill at the property, but the card machine was not working, causing further inconvenience.The worst part occurred the next morning. At 8:30 a.m., when I was asleep after a long drive, someone started banging on my door, demanding that I speak to reception. I was told again that my booking was not reflecting properly and that I needed to “call Agoda.” I explained clearly that I was paying the hotel directly, so this issue should not concern me. Only then did they realize the payment would come directly to them and dropped the matter.This behaviour — especially banging on a guest’s door early in the morning without reason — was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.Overall, the experience from check-in to check-out was deeply disappointing. I expect appropriate action to be taken and a response from your side addressing this matter.
