The room was terrible, not at all like the pictures on your website. The facilities were also not as described. It was a really bad experience. I'm very upset.

The experience was below par.Before I arrived I checked in and it was upgraded to a one bedroom apt.But when I got there, they said it's fully booked and downgrade me.Again it's a free upgrade so it's bot a big issue, but I asked the staff if the next day can still be upgraded. He said its fully booked, a few minutes later I showed him the next day not full and still available. So not true. Anyway, rest of the review belowProStaff are polite. Rooms decently pricedConsWhen I checked in I asked for an additional card, the reception told me they will send to room shortly, 40min later no card, so I went to the reception and had to collect myselfThere was a huge spider and coakroach in the room. To the staff credit they removed it quickly.Tiles etc with cracks(see photo), floor sticky.One day got face towels the other day hand towel. No consititency.Middle of the night lights went out. Service staff returned and told me they were aware of a short circuit in the switches and would be repairing next day. If you knew there was a short circuit and not to use a switch should have not allocated such a room or atleast informed guest of the problem.Although staff is polite, the information provided is not sincere. I would not return even though I usually use this brand worldwide. Entrance is a construction site and no proper road. Cannot walk, must have a car. For the same price there are better hotels around.
