Located in a peaceful and tranquil area enveloped by lush greenery, it offers a soothing hill station retreat.

First, at the reception, we had to pay the full booking amount before entering the room. The rooms were clean and the washrooms were good. The sofa cum bed felt like a mattress bed. All the food was tasteless and always served cold. If you want any food item not included in the buffet, you must pay for it immediately at the restaurant; they do not allow adding it to the final bill, which is very inconvenient. There are no play facilities for small children. Overall, we do not recommend booking this resort.

This was my third stay during the Pachmarhi monsoon marathon, but this time it was disappointing. Pros include good food and a great location with nice ambience. Cons are: 1. The staff were rude, possibly due to stress from being overworked since the resort was full; they were nicer the next day when fewer guests remained. 2. The rooms smelled bad, though they changed ours for the second night at no extra charge. 3. The swimming pool water was cloudy, likely from excessive chemicals. 4. The toilets in open areas were very dirty and smelly. 5. The billiards table in the play area was poorly maintained.
