Clarks Inn Express, Firozabad

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered. I booked a two-night stay over the phone around 11 PM and informed the hotel I'd arrive around 1 AM, also stating that payment would be made in cash at checkout. The next day, due to an emergency, I had to leave early and informed the hotel ahead of time, expecting a reasonable response. Instead, the receptionist behaved poorly and insisted I pay for both nights despite not staying the full booking. When I asked to speak to a senior manager, he refused, saying he was having issues with his superior. The situation got so bad I contacted Clarks' head office, who agreed I should only be charged for the night I stayed and allowed me to check out. Shockingly, the receptionist still refused to cooperate even after speaking with company officials, openly stating he didn't care and continued arguing. It's unbelievable that a Clarks employee would defy their own company's directions. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly urge management to improve staff behavior and customer service.

We reserved 4 rooms at ClarksInn for our event, and although the location and parking are truly great, the overall experience was a complete disaster due to the staff and service. The employees were very rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic hospitality skills. There was no assistance from the team at any time. The most shocking part was when a sick guest asked for warm water, and the staff casually declined, saying it would take 30 minutes to provide it. Such insensitivity and negligence are unacceptable in any hotel. Additionally, the food quality was terrible and did not meet expectations. Because of the awful staff behavior and poor food, the atmosphere became so unpleasant that we had to leave without staying the night, even though we had already paid and booked for a full night. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. A property with such good facilities is completely spoiled by poor management and staff conduct.

We organized an event at Clarks Inn Express. The venue was nice and everything was going smoothly until the manager caused problems. We had about 100 clients present. As it was getting late, we requested the manager to start the dinner buffet early, but he responded rudely, saying, "Sir khana to 11 bje khulega." His tone and behavior were very unprofessional. None of our clients wanted to wait until 11 PM for dinner. Due to his stubbornness and poor attitude, our guests faced inconvenience and it reflected badly on us. The venue is good, but the management showed no hospitality at all. Very disappointing.

The staff is very unhygienic, especially the manager who is unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. Talking to him ruins my day; honestly, he is the most pathetic person I've encountered. I faced many issues here including laundry, room service, and unanswered calls. Everyone displays an extreme level of rudeness and bad attitude. The laundry boy also tricked me about ironing not being available at the hotel, and then he demanded money.

The service quality is quite bad.
