Click Collection Jaipur, Sindhi Camp

The hospitality and staff behaviour were highly disappointing. The staff was not cooperative at all, and their attitude towards guests was rude and unprofessional.I had gone out, while my mother, who is a senior citizen, was staying in the room. During my absence, the staff repeatedly called her multiple times and pressured her to vacate the room, instead of communicating with me directly. This was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially considering that she is a senior citizen.We requested just a little extra time for check-out, but they didn’t even allow 10 minutes and repeatedly told us to empty the room. This is not the kind of hospitality one expects from a hotel.Even no dinner was provided, cold drinking water was not available, and even a charger was not provided, despite the hotel mentioning that this facility would be available.Staff behaviour especially female staff member behaviour was particularly rude, which made the overall experience even worse. Instead of helping guests, the attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming.Overall, very poor service, poor hospitality, and extremely disappointing staff behaviour. I would definitely think twice before staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to others...

Good hotel, rooms and food was good, my stay was very comfortable, will recommend to my friends and family, all staff is very helpful ’?

I had a wonderful stay at Click Collection Aster, Raja Park, Jaipur. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was delicious.A special thanks to the Front Office team for their outstanding hospitality. Mr. Pankaj Choudhary, Ms. Aarju, and Mr. Ajay Meena were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their friendly attitude, quick service, and attention to detail made my stay smooth and memorable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. I will definitely choose Click Collection Aster again on my next visit

Must say the food quality was amazing this property makes me feel like home . Specially I would like to thanks to vijendra , uttam and the all staff . Very professionally behaviour they are carrying. I really want to visit again .
