Club mahindraThe check in took longer than expected. When the check in time is 2 PM and ai reached the property at 2:15, I expected the check in to be completed in 15 minutes. It took me more than half an hour. The EV chargers at the Facility are inoperative since 1.5 months. You don’t expect this from such a large group of hotels. Bringing my Mahindra EV here was not pleasant. The restaurant service was extremely slow. Aloo Sabzi was there but people kept waiting for Puri. Sambhar was available but people kept waiting for Medu Vada. Paranthas took a lot of time to reach the buffet area. I reached this property on my birthday, none of your staff was attentive enough to check that and wish me birthday. I was also told that you get a complimentary cake from the resort but I had to follow up twice for the same. In totality, not a pleasant experience staying here, I have visited several other Club Mahindra properties- Binsar, Mussoorie, Varca to name a few but this particular visit is not worth mentioning.
